Sunlit Creations will respond to any buyer who has ordered an item through our site within a 48 hour period to answer any questions or concerns.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason other than damage during delivery, you may return item(s) purchased for full refund minus a 10% restocking fee, within a 7 (seven) day period following delivery.


Sunlit Creations will ship all articles to buyer within a seven day period or, if the item is a made - to - order piece, then within a set period of time agreed to between Sunlit Creations and the Buyer. We insure all our products against damage during delivery through the shipping carrier. To protect your right to a 100% refund you must notify both the shipping carrier and Sunlit Creations (915-727-0498) of damage immediately upon delivery.   Returned items must be packaged per the recommendations of the shipping company you choose and must be insured at 100% of purchase price. If the insurance amount selected is inadequate, and the returned item(s) is damaged during return, your refund amount will be reduced accordingly.  You are responsible for all shipping, handling and insurance costs associated with a return. 


We will pay any refunds due within a 7 (seven) day period following the return of the item(s) in question.


Work that has been commissioned by the buyer is non-refundable.
